January 14th, 2005. I've been told that the people on the Allakhazam forums have somehow been made aware of this little site, which explains why I've been getting /tells in game from complete strangers. So, I took the time to re-design the place a bit, hopefully making it easier to navigate as well as nicer on the eyes.

FAQ's about the Gilfarmer Wars:

Q. What server is this on?
A. Asura

Q. Are these people gilsellers, or just people who are trying to make money?
A. As far as I'm concerned, the words "gilfarmer" and "gilseller" are one and the same. I've never once classified a normal player that's out farming to make cash as a gilfarmer. The groups that I take photos of farm the Phantom Worm, Amemet and Yowie (yes, Yowie) to sell the items, and then sell that gil online.

Q. Have the GMs done anything?
A. When I have reported various people involved, they seem to disappear quickly after the MPK attempt- if the GM is there watching. Whether they get a warning, temp ban or are just taking a break from the action is beyond me.

Q. Is this still going on? (alternatively, Does this happen every day?)
A. It seems that the full-scale Battle of the Bulge type war has died down. While the fighting doesn't happen every time I'm down in Kuftal (which is just about every day), it happens quite often still. Peace reigns for a day or two at a time, and then more skirmishes break out.

Q. You should take video! (not a question, I know)
A. Yes, I should. I run FRAPS though, and I don't want to deal with huge video files- not to mention that I'm too lazy to actually get the program registered and set things up anyway. On top of that, I think video would kill my site's bandwith (this site is basically a project and storage area for my own things) and I wouldn't like that. Maybe in the future, though.
